What does a virtual tour include?
A Virtual Tour includes a Park Specialist assigned to your family who will be with you every step of the way via text as they book your Lightening Lanes, navigate you through the Parks and ensure you are in position for parades and shows. They set up your day at 7am the morning of your tour and are with you via text for 7 hours once you enter the Park to maximize your day.
What time to the tours begin?
Meeting times vary due to park opening. The park specialist will contact you two days prior to your tour to confirm the meeting time and location.
Meeting times are flexible depending on the time of the year you visit, number of guests in your party and the type of attractions you would like to accomplish. The following link will allow you to view opening times for the Disney Parks.
What can I expect during the tour?
Your park specialist will have access to your My Disney Experience Account where she will be organizing and managing your day.
At 7 AM, your specialist will be booking your first set of lightning lanes and communicating the morning game plan and staying with you every step of the way. As you exit from an attraction, you will be guided to the next attraction so there is no time wasted and no stress to be managed.
Will I be able to experience EVERY ride at Disney?
It is always our goal to accomplish as much as humanly possible in the time frame of the tour. Attractions and what we are able to accomplish are based on many factors such as: the distribution of Genie+, delayed openings in operation, unexpected technical delays, crowd flow, weather conditions, where we are logistically positioned in the park and the consideration of the family pace. While every attraction is not guaranteed, we CAN guarantee you will do more than most guests accomplish due to the expertise, experience and professionalism our specialist are able to provide in the Parks.

What do I need to do to be prepared for the tour?
You will need to have your Park Tickets purchased through the Walt Disney World Website. You will need a My Disney Experience Account which you will be able to set up once your tickets are purchased.
Based on the theme park ticket you purchase and for the specific date, you may need to make a Park Reservation after you purchase your ticket. Please refer to the link for further specifications.

Why is it Important to stay on Disney Property vs. a non-Disney property?
Disney Resort Guests not only enjoy early Park Entry, but they get the advantage of purchasing/booking the Individual Lightening Lane in each park at 7AM. If off property, you cannot purchase until 9AM and the Individual Lightening Lanes could be sold out. Please refer to the following link for a list of qualified Disney Resorts.

What is Genie+ and do I need it for the Tour?
Genie+ is a paid for system created by Disney and mandatory to purchase in order to enjoy using the Lightening Lanes and book the tour. Genie+ varies from $15-$30 per ticket/per day and fluctuates depending on the demand of the day. Once purchased, your Park Specialist will be responsible for managing the Genie+ system. You will not need to be on your phone at 7AM to book the first attraction or need to be paying attention to time in order to not miss more inventory drops. Your Park Specialist will do that all for you. Further explanation of the Genie+ system can be found in the following link.
What are Individual Lightening Lanes?
They are a separate charge per ticket, in order to enjoy specific rides. The following attractions are under the INDIVIDUAL LIGHTENING LANE umbrella:
Magic Kingdom:
Tron
7 Dwarfs Mine Train
Hollywood Studios:
Rise of the Resistance
Epcot:
Guardians of the Galaxy
Animal Kingdom:
Flight of Passage
(Attractions may change or be added over time. Your Park Specialist will always be up to date with any changes made by Disney.)
Individual Lightening Lanes are required to be purchased if you would like to enjoy the attraction. Again, your specialist is happy to purchase and book the individual lightening lanes on your behalf the morning of your tour.
